Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features and are billed a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my document limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly document limit. Once you hit the limit, additional verifications are paused until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. No surprise charges.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans are available for Starter and Pro tiers at a 20% discount. Contact us or select annual billing during signup to take advantage of the reduced rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as ACH bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
